SAY HELLO TO DAD is a story about the dramatic shift in moral values of the contemporary world. Degradation makes a mother give her ill baby up and take another woman’s child who is healthy and pretty! What will be the consequences of such a monstrous choice…

The story is based on the stage play by Ana Petrova. Shooting started right after the opening night of the play on the stage of Vazrajdane Municipal Theater in Sofia.
Debut film of Nicky Iliev as a director and actor.

This is a story about the Helbroc Battle Group of the European Union and the EU’s Altea operation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in which Bulgaria has been participating with military contingents and has contributed to the guaranteeing of peace and stability in the region. Nearly ten years have passed since the end of a monstrous war and local people are trying to forget what happened and to start living their previous lives, with a belief in the future of united Europe. And the Bulgarians are there to help them.
